There’s nothing that can capture the pure joy of watching a kindergarten class end their day with prayer.
Filled with excitement and curiosity, each student eagerly awaits the teacher’s signal to bow their heads in silent contemplation.
As they listen to the closed eyes and joined hands full of love pouring out into the atmosphere around them, you almost feel like you’re experiencing some kind of heavenly intervention.
The power of this simple moment is truly magical – it brings an unmistakable peace with it as well as an opportunity for us all to connect on a deeper level with our Creator.
Prayer After Class For Kindergarten
Here are a few words of prayer we can use to guide our kindergarteners in their moments of reflection:

Dear Lord thank you for watching over us during our school day.
We give thanks for the wonderful things we were able to learn and the special friendships we have cultivated.
Please bless all of those in attendance, our teacher, and all of our family members outside of the classroom.
Help us to continue growing in knowledge and compassion throughout each day.
May we bring peace wherever we go and show love through every action that we each perform. Amen.

We thank you for the wonderful day of learning we had today, Lord! We learned so much in class and it was really fun.
Help us take all the knowledge we gained and use it to be kind, understanding people.
Give us the patience to do our best in school and help us overcome any challenges that come our way.
Thank you for giving us an always safe environment to play and learn in. Amen.

Today, we learned so many cool things in class! We announced the candy winners and colored our Animal Tails worksheets.
We laughed and had a lot of fun. We thank you for letting us come together to learn and giving us the strength and patience to do so with love.
